Fall League: Consigli Utili e Registrazione del Mazzo!

Ciao Illuminatori!

Ecco alcuni consigli per tutti i giocatori che parteciperanno alla SUMMER LEAGUE!
Data e Ora: 23 novembre 2024 – H: 10:00 (Consigliamo di presentarsi in location entro le 09:30)
Luogo: Circolo ARCI Benassi – Viale Sergio Cavina 4, 40139 – Bologna
Piattaforma Torneistica: Per il torneo verrà utilizzata la piattaforma Melee, LINK TORNEO.
I giocatori che hanno già completato il pagamento sono già stati inseriti all’interno nella piattaforma con le credenziali fornite in fase di iscrizione (Mail, Nome e Cognome) dall’organizzazione.
Registrazione del mazzo: Potrete usare il seguente modello scaricabile a questo LINK per la registrazione del mazzo (Decklist), questo dovrà essere stampato e consegnato ai Judge prima del primo turno di Svizzera, i Judge passeranno a ritirarle direttamente al Tavolo da Gioco.
La compilazione del Campo “Tavolo Primo Turno” verrà effettuata una volta assegnato il primo pairing.

Consigli Utili:

Ricordiamo che sarà possibile utilizzare solo le carte presenti nei primi 5 set di lorcana.

ISCRIZIONE GRUPPO

Le squadre devono essere composte da un minimo di 4 a un massimo di 6 persone. Ogni squadra deve nominare un leader, il quale è responsabile della registrazione: entro le 9.30, il leader deve presentarsi alla Judge Station per identificarsi e registrare la squadra insieme ai suoi membri. Al termine della fase di torneo in modalità svizzera, verrà calcolata una media dei punti ottenuti da ogni membro della squadra per determinare quale sia la squadra con il punteggio complessivo più alto.

PRIMA DI INIZIARE
Tutte le carte all’interno del mazzo devono avere le stesse buste (Sleeves), così da risultare imbustate allo stesso modo e non riconoscibili.
Se si utilizzano Perfect Size all’interno delle Sleeves, controllare che tutte siano in Perfect Size e che queste ultime siano dello stessa tipologia e colore.
Se gli iscritti manifestassero qualsiasi preoccupazione o dubbio legato alla riconoscibilità delle carte all’interno del mazzo, sono invitati a presentarsi con largo anticipo all’evento e sottoporre a controllo da parte di un Judge il proprio mazzo.All’interno del Portamazzo devono essere presenti SOLO le carte inserite nella Decklist.

DURANTE IL TORNEO
Consigliamo di contare le carte alla fine di ogni partita, in modo da non rischiare che qualche carta possa essere finita accidentalmente nel mazzo del proprio avversario.
Ricordiamo sempre che il primo canale di confronto col proprio avversario siete voi stessi.
Se ad esempio pensate che il vostro avversario stia giocando in maniera scorretta o particolarmente lenta vi invitiamo a comunicare con il vostro avversario.
Qualora la situazione non dovessere risolversi con questo confronto, vi invitiamo a chiamare un Judge al tavolo per assistervi.
Essere puntuali nel recarsi al tavolo assegnato è una forma di rispetto sia per il vostro avversario che per l’organizzazione.
Ricordiamo che dopo 5 Minuti di ritardo verrà assegnato un Game Loss e dopo 10 Minuti verrà assegnato un Match Loss.
I risultati dovranno essere inseriti da entrambi i giocatori tramite la piattaforma melee.
Consigliamo di controllare attentamente il risultato inserito.
Qualora il risultato non dovesse tornare anche una volta confermato, entrambi i giocatori dovranno recarsi in Judge Station per risolvere ogni tipo di problematica.
I Pairings verranno forniti in formato cartaceo all’interno della location e digitalmente nella pagina di Melee relativa al torneo.

Non è consentito in alcun modo vendere o concordare un risultato in cambio di un qualsiasi vantaggio o pagamento, pena squalifica dall’evento.

Se avete dubbi sulle regole del gioco siete invitati a chiedere ai Judge presenti in sala.L’utilizzo di carta e penna è consentito solo per riportare i punti Lore propri e dell’avversario.

Siete invitati a tenere ben distanti le carte del vostro Calamaio da quelle che avete in mano e che appoggiate sul tavolo.

Vi ricordiamo che il Main Event e tutti i Side Event danno accesso al firma copie dei nostri artisti. Al momento della partecipazione, riceverete un biglietto che vi garantirà il diritto a 8 firma copie per ciascun artista. Una volta esauriti, potrete partecipare a un altro Side Event per ottenere un nuovo biglietto e diritto ad altre 8 firma copie per ogni artista.

Hello Illuminators!

Here are some tips for all players participating in the SUMMER LEAGUE!

Date and Time: November 23, 2024 – 10:00 AM (We recommend arriving at the location by 9:30 AM)

Location: Circolo ARCI Benassi – Viale Sergio Cavina 4, 40139 – Bologna

Tournament Platform: The Melee platform will be used for the tournament, TOURNAMENT LINK.

Players who have already completed the payment have been added to the platform with the credentials provided during the registration process (Email, First Name, and Last Name) by the organization.

Deck Registration:

You can use the following downloadable template at this LINK to register your deck (Decklist). This must be printed and handed over to the Judges before the first Swiss round. Judges will collect them directly at the game tables.

The “First Round Table” field should be filled in after the first pairing is assigned.

Useful Tips:

• Please note that only cards from the first 5 Lorcana sets may be used.

TEAM REGISTRATION:

Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 players.

Each team must designate a leader responsible for registration: by 9:30 AM, the leader must go to the Judge Station to identify themselves and register the team along with its members.

At the end of the Swiss tournament phase, the average score of each team member will be calculated to determine which team has the highest overall score.

BEFORE STARTING:

• All cards in your deck must be in sleeves of the same type and color to ensure they are indistinguishable.

• If you use Perfect Size sleeves inside regular sleeves, make sure all cards are in Perfect Size sleeves of the same type and color.

• If you have concerns about the recognizability of cards in your deck, you are encouraged to arrive early at the event and have your deck checked by a Judge.

• Only the cards listed on the Decklist should be present in the Deck Box.

DURING THE TOURNAMENT:

• We recommend counting your cards at the end of each match to avoid accidentally mixing cards with your opponent’s deck.

• Remember, the first point of resolution for disputes with your opponent is communication between you two.

• For example, if you believe your opponent is playing unfairly or too slowly, try to discuss it directly with them.

• If the issue remains unresolved, please call a Judge to your table for assistance.

• Be punctual in going to your assigned table. This is a form of respect for both your opponent and the organizers.

• A Game Loss will be assigned after a 5-minute delay.

• A Match Loss will be assigned after a 10-minute delay.

• Results must be entered by both players through the Melee platform.

• Please double-check the entered results carefully.

• If the result is incorrect even after confirmation, both players must go to the Judge Station to resolve the issue.

• Pairings will be provided in printed format within the venue and digitally on the tournament’s Melee page.

• It is strictly forbidden to sell or negotiate match results for any advantage or payment; doing so will result in disqualification.

• If you have any questions about game rules, feel free to ask the Judges present in the room.

• You may use pen and paper only to record your own and your opponent’s Lore points.

• Please keep your Ink Well cards clearly separate from the cards in your hand and those on the table.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE (November 23):

• 10:00 AM: Main Event starts.

Not in the main event? No problem! You can join these Side Events:

• Sealed (6th expansion): On-demand for every 8 participants.

• Pack Rush: On-demand for every 2 participants.

• Lowrcana: Starting at 3:00 PM.

• Two-Headed Giant: Starting at 3:00 PM.

AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS:

The Main Event and all Side Events grant access to our artists’ autograph sessions. Upon participation, you will receive a ticket entitling you to 8 autographs per artist. Once used, you can join another Side Event to receive a new ticket and an additional 8 autographs per artist.
