CCQ Fall League: Consigli Utili e Registrazione del Mazzo!

Ecco alcuni consigli per tutti i giocatori che parteciperanno alla Spring LEAGUE!

Luogo: Circolo ARCI Benassi – Viale Sergio Cavina 4, 40139 – Bologna
Piattaforma Torneistica: PlayHub piattaforma ufficiale Ravensburger.
I giocatori che hanno già completato il pagamento sono già stati inseriti all’interno nella piattaforma con le credenziali fornite in fase di iscrizione (Mail, Nome e Cognome) dall’organizzazione. Se non dovessi vedere l’evento nella sezione “My Event” puoi scrivere qui per il supporto tournaments.loreleague@gmail.com .
Registrazione del mazzo: Potrete usare il seguente modello scaricabile a questo LINK per la registrazione del mazzo (Decklist), questo dovrà essere stampato e consegnato ai Judge prima del primo turno di Svizzera, i Judge passeranno a ritirarle direttamente al Tavolo da Gioco.
La compilazione del Campo “Tavolo Primo Turno” verrà effettuata una volta assegnato il primo pairing.

Ricordiamo che sarà possibile utilizzare solo le carte presenti dal set 5 al set 10 di lorcana.

PRIMA DI INIZIARE
Tutte le carte all’interno del mazzo devono avere le stesse buste (Sleeves), così da risultare imbustate allo stesso modo e non riconoscibili.
Se si utilizzano Perfect Size all’interno delle Sleeves, controllare che tutte siano in Perfect Size e che queste ultime siano dello stessa tipologia e colore.
Se gli iscritti manifestassero qualsiasi preoccupazione o dubbio legato alla riconoscibilità delle carte all’interno del mazzo, sono invitati a presentarsi con largo anticipo all’evento e sottoporre a controllo da parte di un Judge il proprio mazzo. All’interno del Portamazzo devono essere presenti SOLO le carte inserite nella Decklist.

DURANTE IL TORNEO
Consigliamo di contare le carte alla fine di ogni partita, in modo da non rischiare che qualche carta possa essere finita accidentalmente nel mazzo del proprio avversario.
Ricordiamo sempre che il primo canale di confronto col proprio avversario siete voi stessi.
Se ad esempio pensate che il vostro avversario stia giocando in maniera scorretta o particolarmente lenta vi invitiamo a comunicare con il vostro avversario.
Qualora la situazione non dovessere risolversi con questo confronto, vi invitiamo a chiamare un Judge al tavolo per assistervi.
Essere puntuali nel recarsi al tavolo assegnato è una forma di rispetto sia per il vostro avversario che per l’organizzazione.
Ricordiamo che dopo 5 Minuti di ritardo verrà assegnato un Game Loss e dopo 10 Minuti verrà assegnato un Match Loss.
I risultati dovranno essere inseriti da entrambi i giocatori tramite la piattaforma melee.
Consigliamo di controllare attentamente il risultato inserito.
Qualora il risultato non dovesse tornare anche una volta confermato, entrambi i giocatori dovranno recarsi in Judge Station per risolvere ogni tipo di problematica.
I Pairings verranno forniti in formato cartaceo all’interno della location e digitalmente nella pagina di PlayHub relativa al torneo.

Non è consentito in alcun modo vendere o concordare un risultato in cambio di un qualsiasi vantaggio o pagamento, pena squalifica dall’evento.

Se avete dubbi sulle regole del gioco siete invitati a chiedere ai Judge presenti in sala. L’utilizzo di carta e penna è consentito solo per riportare i punti Lore propri e dell’avversario.

Siete invitati a tenere ben distanti le carte del vostro Calamaio da quelle che avete in mano e che appoggiate sul tavolo.

Here is some advice for all players participating in the Spring LEAGUE!

Date and Time: December 6-7, 2025 – 10:00 AM (We recommend arriving at the venue at 09:15) Location: Circolo ARCI Benassi – Viale Sergio Cavina 4, 40139 – Bologna Tournament Platform: PlayHub (Official Ravensburger platform).

Players who have already completed payment have already been added to the platform using the credentials provided during registration (Email, First and Last Name) by the organization. If you do not see the event in the “My Event” section, you can contact support here: tournaments.loreleague@gmail.com.

Deck Registration: You may use the template downloadable at this [LINK] for deck registration (Decklist). This must be printed and handed to the Judges before the first round of Swiss; the Judges will collect them directly at the Gaming Tables. The “Round 1 Table” field should be filled out once the first pairing is assigned.

Useful Tips:

Card Legality: Please remember that only cards from Lorcana Set 5 to Set 10 may be used.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

• 9:00 Doors Open

BEFORE STARTING

• All cards in the deck must have identical sleeves so that they appear uniform and unrecognizable.
• If using Perfect Size inner sleeves, check that all cards have them and that they are of the same type and color.
• If players have any concerns or doubts regarding the recognizability of cards within their deck, they are invited to arrive well in advance and submit their deck for a check by a Judge.
• ONLY the cards listed in the Decklist may be present inside the Deck Box.

DURING THE TOURNAMENT

• We recommend counting your cards at the end of every game to avoid the risk of accidentally mixing a card into your opponent’s deck.
• Remember that the first channel of communication is between you and your opponent.
• For example, if you believe your opponent is playing incorrectly or particularly slowly, we invite you to communicate with them first.
• If the situation is not resolved through this discussion, please call a Judge to the table to assist you.
• Being punctual to your assigned table is a form of respect for both your opponent and the organization.
• Penalties: A Game Loss will be assigned after a 5-minute delay, and a Match Loss after 10 minutes.
• Results: Results must be entered by both players via the Melee platform.*
• We advise you to double-check the entered result carefully.
• If the result is incorrect even after confirmation, both players must go to the Judge Station to resolve the issue.
• Pairings: These will be provided in paper format at the venue and digitally on the PlayHub page relative to the tournament.

Collusion: Selling or agreeing on a result in exchange for any advantage or payment is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the event.

Rules & Etiquette: If you have doubts about game rules, please ask the Judges present in the hall. The use of pen and paper is allowed only for tracking your own and your opponent’s Lore points.

You are requested to keep the cards in your Inkwell clearly separated from your hand and the cards played on the table.
